Ingredients:
Oats – ½ Cup.
Water – 1Cup.
Milk – 1cup
Garlic – 2Cloves
Salt for Taste.
Pepper for Taste.
Butter – 1tblspoon
Butter Fried Bread Cubes – 1 cup
Method:
1.Heat butter in a pan. Add finely chopped garlic and fry till light brown.
2.Add Oats and fry for 5mins in lowflame.
3.Add milk and water. Bring it to boil.
4.When the soup thickens, add required salt and pepper.
5.Garnish with Butter fried bread cubes.
